Who are we looking for?

We need a qualified Spa Therapist, who is passionate about the spa and beauty industry and committed to delivering the highest standard of customer care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Sharing product knowledge and advice
• Carrying out treatments and ensuring treatment area is maintained to a high standard at all times.

If you thrive in a customer-led environment, have exceptional interpersonal skills and are a great organiser then this role could be for you.

You must have qualifications to at least NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or BTEC National Diploma standard. Our products include Caudalie, Mii Make Up, CND and St Tropez, so experiences within these are beneficial although not essential as full training will be provided. Working weekends is required.

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable however full training can be provided.
