General Manager - Costa - Southampton

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a General Manager at Costa Coffee in Southampton Airport, salary up to £28k, plus bonus, pension, benefits.

The role of General Manager:

As General Manager you'll be passionate about customer service, love great coffee and be almost fanatical about driving the store forwards.
You will lead your team to serve the best in food and drinks and as General Manager, you will be responsible for every aspect of the business.

What we will be looking for in you:

  • For the role of General Manager, we are looking for a leader and role model, with the drive and ambition to lead the team from the front.
  • With a natural enthusiasm for the task in hand, you’ll be able to share this zeal with the team and motivate them to higher standards.
  • You will be experienced in GM or Store Manager roles.
