Fuller’s Visitor Experience

Have you run a multi-site operation? Do you have excellent customer service skills and good financial acumen? Are you a whizz on social media with a flair for marketing and promotion?

Fuller’s has invested in the visitor experience at our Brewery in Chiswick, creating a truly immersive and engaging customer journey and we are looking for an experienced General Manager to take the reins. This is a once-in-a-generation investment and we are looking for a passionate, innovative leader to manage the team and to bring the separate parts of the business together and the Fuller’s story to life.

The role will manage the whole visitor experience at the Brewery including the Brewery Tours, the Brewery Shop and The Mawson Arms. Fuller’s Brewery Tour has a 5* TripAdvisor rating and is ranked in the top 10 brewery tours in the world. We have exciting plans to grow the tour business, seeking new guests from all over the world. The Mawson Arms, Fuller’s brewery tap, is a pub like no other, a unique business that is the showcase of the Fuller’s estate – promoting the very best of a Fuller’s pub. The Brewery Shop is the focal point of selling Fuller’s beers and merchandise. You will also be responsible for owning the Brewery’s Events Calendar, which involves an array of exciting events from beer festivals to evening tasting sessions.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager with the ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders. The successful applicant will have experience in hosting events, running successful local marketing campaigns and a passion for Fuller’s.
