Our client has great success across the UK with many clinics offering the most advanced non-invasive anti-ageing and restorative skin solutions.

We are seeking a Clinic Coordinator, in this role you would be predominately responsible for managing the front of house in this busy clinic. You will liaise with clients both face to face and via the telephone to book in appointments, schedule consultations and advise existing and potential clients on high quality aesthetic treatments that the clinic offers.

You will maintain an excellent standard of customer care at all times to ensure a warm welcome and pleasant introduction to the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

* To greet clients, ensuring that they are made to feel welcome and deal with their enquiry in a professional and courteous way
* To ensure all clinic procedures are adhered to and completed in a timely manner in line with clinic needs
* To answer the telephone in the clinic politely and in accordance with company procedures, deal with all enquires including referring to other team members and making and adjusting bookings for treatments
* To maintain client records in accordance with company procedures and data protection requirements, ensuring discretion and confidentiality at all times
* To maintain and manage clinic booking system in adherence with company procedure
* To promote and recommend products and services, maximising opportunities for sales and referrals
* To take payments for clients after their treatments and to ensure cash handling procedures are followed
* To order and maintain stationary, in-house literature and other supplies as required for the clinic
* To undertake general administrative and support to the clinic as required by the Clinic Manager
* To assist with any other clinic duties as and required, including supporting other team members inclusive of our medical injector team

Key Skills & Abilities:

* A passion for skincare and aesthetics with good working knowledge of the beauty/aesthetic industry
* Good level of General education
* Previous experience in customer service facing role
* Ability to enter Data accurately, record keeping, ability to use
* Word, Excel, Email, Internet, and in house systems
* Strong sales ability with confidence to up-sell/cross-sell
* A polished appearance and professional manor
* Exemplary customer service skills
* Methodical and analytical with excellent attention to detail
* Excellent team working and relationship building skills
* Ability to absorb and retain product information
* Capable of using own initiative
* Proactive approach to problem solving and decision making
* Flexible approach
* Capable of remaining calm and thriving in a fast paced environment
* Strong team player

* Hourly Rate: £8.00 - £9.00 per hour
