About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our very friendly and experienced team.

As a Restaurant Supervisor you will ensure the service is running smoothly at all times. You will be on hand to assist and motivate the team, and ensure that 5* customer service is prioritised. You must be able to work efficiently in high pressure situations whilst maintaining a positive attitude.

Duties:

• Training, motivating and developing junior team members
• Managing service
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene and health and safety
• Meet and greet guests in a welcoming and friendly manner
• Organise table reservations
• Offer advice about menu choices
