Waiter - London

Internationally acclaimed Taiwanese Brand Din Tai Fung will be opening its inaugural restaurant in the UK in 2018, and is looking for talented individuals to pioneer this initiative.

As a Waiter, you will join a dedicated team of F&B professionals, serving up world famous Taiwanese signatures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Is accountable to all superiors for the smooth running of the section/area designated
• Adhere to the operations and procedures and suggest improvements to the superiors
• Achieve good work performance and turnout
• Monitor quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served
• Take orders, make recommendations and serve
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness
• Attend all training assigned
• Attend all pre-service meeting/roll call
• Provide a courteous and professional best-in-class service at all times

Educational Qualification/ Experience / Skills and Competencies Requirements:

• previous experience as a waiter is desirable

• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin is a bonus
