General Manager- Peterborough

Our client is a leading leisure brand committed to promoting a healthy active lifestyle and renowned for offering a fantastic customer experience and developing their people.

We are looking for a General Manager for their flagship site in Peterborough that has recently undergone a refurbishment and incorporates a large state-of the art-gym with more than 5000-members, multiple group exercise studios and 100+ class timetable, swimming pool and large pool programme, health and beauty and café.

To apply for this post you will already be a high performing General Manager within the leisure industry who is passionate about health and fitness and obsessive about delivering a fantastic customer experience. You will be an inspirational leader, hands-on and collaborative in your approach and strong on coaching and developing team members to always be the best they can be every day.

The package includes a basic salary of £34,000-£38,000 depending on experience based on a 37-hour week, 10% annual bonus and numerous benefits including 32 days holiday (including bank holidays) going up to 39, generous contributory pension life assurance and various salary sacrifice schemes and discounts.
