Internationally acclaimed Taiwanese Brand Din Tai Fung will be opening our inaugural restaurant in the UK in London in 2018, and we are looking for talented people to join our team.

We are recruiting for the following Front of House & Back of House roles:

  • Waiters
  • Head Waiters
  • Hosts
  • Food Runners
  • Bartenders
  • Chef de Parties
  • Commis Chefs
