About the role:

Enabling production and approval of marketing materials across
marketing and trading floor to ensure 99% of activity is landed right
and on time. Coordinating and managing critical paths within In-House
Studio (I-HS), Creative and Commercial stages and managing all stages
and stakeholders within the process, driving right first time and on
time behaviour

The ins and outs:

Marketing
• Responsible for briefing activity into the In-House Studio (I-HS)
with a speciality for Asda Price News (APN) / Asda Media Partnerships
(AMP) / Local Marketing / Point of Sale (POS) instore communication /
and Campaign communication
• Responsible for ensuring all information is present and accurate
before brief takes place to limit amends
• Management of internal stakeholders in In-House Studio to deliver
results efficiently and prioritised alongside the Activity Planning
Manager
• Responsible for collating feedback from all teams and effectively
briefing amends to studio teams for correct output
• Responsible for sign off of marketing materials including legal
nominations sign off with category planning, trading and creative teams

Reporting/Process
• Reporting, completion of weekly Red/Amber/Green (RAG) Traffic
reporting. Preparation of weekly reports for category
meetings/communication
• Responsible for Gantt Planning of projects (where applicable)
• Co-ordination and management of critical paths across all managed
projects
• Tracking number of amends and reporting on reworks vs. set planned
iterations
• Support Activity Planning Manager to ensure process is regularly
reviewed to ensure efficiencies and improvements in Ways of Working
• Responsible for escalation of potential or high risk issues to
Activity Planning Manager

Relationship Management
• Maintain and grow network and relationships with Marketing teams
(including Creative, Media, Proposition, Wider Marketing Operations
team, Email and Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM), Commercial
(Trading/Category planning) and Legal.
