The Head of Finance plays an integral role in the financial transactional processes within the UK Finance function, providing regular reporting whilst ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory and statutory information within their technical areas. This role will lead on all external activity whilst providing appropriate internal insights for the UK and US business leaders.

Reporting into the CFO, providing commercial analysis for our UK Executive Team and Senior Leaders on our £75m - £100m revenue and overseeing a team of 10, responsibilities for this role will include: managing the month-end closure to ensure that key stakeholders have timely and accurate information, producing, reviewing and analysing balance sheet and cash flow forecasts and managing the treasury function including credit control and cash and investment management whilst, supporting the CFO with the implementation and transformation projects and ensuring compliance with UK policy and procedures

The ideal candidate will be CIMA, ACCA (or similar) qualified, have at least 5 years’ experience of working in a similar role in a matrix organisation with dual reporting relationships, has taken a lead on finance transformation projects, has managed financial transactional processes and provide concise commercial analysis so that this can be acted on by the business. Having an interest in food is always an added bonus!
