The Langham, London is currently looking to recruit a Waiter / Waitress in our Palm Court lounge. The dazzling Palm Court is famed as the place where the tradition of afternoon tea was born over 150 years ago.

As a Waiter / Waitress in Palm Court, your main role will be to –

welcome guests to Palm Court in a friendly and engaging manner provide prompt, friendly and efficient service be familiar with all food & beverage items on the menu maximise sales opportunity for food & beverage, upsell where appropriate demonstrate your passion in Palm Court and personalise and engage with your guests be responsible for ensuring bills are dealt with accurately ensure that you adhere to health and safety matters The Langham, London offers a wide range of benefits  which will include:

Requirement . The ideal Waiter in Palm Court will have –

excellent knowledge of food & beverage, in particular afternoon tea previous experience in a similar 5* environment flair, passion and a conscientious attitude confidence, professionalism and engaging personality ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests excellent attention to detail clear conversational English language, knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial
