This is a designate role and the successful candidate will be appointed to one of our stores in the South Wales Area

About the role Outstanding levels of service don’t stop when the sun goes down. You’ll make sure of it. Supervising a team of Section Leaders through the night, you’ll be responsible for the replenishment, merchandising and operational standards of your store. On top of this, you’ll help to ensure a warm and welcoming environment for late-night customers – where everything on their shopping list can be found quickly and easily. Come morning, you’ll hand over a fully stocked, ship-shape store.

Lead a team of dedicated Section Leaders

Oversee all overnight modular, seasonal and promotional changes

Ensure the overnight team achieves its targets

Ensure detailed handovers take place between day and night shifts

What you’ll need:

Confidence to carry out and follow up shop floor reviews

The ability to manage and enhance your team’s performance

Great communication and coaching skills

Passion, ambition and excellent commercial know how
