Job Details
This is an exciting new opportunity for an Assistant Treatments Manager to join our Senior Team within one of the larges and most innovative treatment salons in the UK.
Your role will be to assist with the operational management, therapist development and financial performance of the department.
In addition you will also join the Duty Management team who are responsible for the whole of Ragdale operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve therapist treatment standards, professionalism and customer service
- Day to day operational management
- Improve and monitor financial performance of the department including revenue, costs and salary control.
- Oversee staffing levels and productivity
- Ensure departmental targets are met
- Lead team meetings
- Performance management
- Duty management and guest correspondence

What are we looking for?
- Minimum of level 3 in beauty therapy, ideally to degree level.
- Minimum of 3 years management experience leading and developing a large team.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
