SWIMMING CO-ORDINATOR 

Permanent, full-time

Up to £19,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Swimming Co-ordinator to undertake duties in delivery and supervision of activities in the pool area, with particular responsibility to the Shrewsbury School Swimming Academy.  You will oversee and supervise the work of the swimming teaching staff and offer help and support to maintain the high standards of the Shrewsbury School Swimming Academy.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience working as a swimming teacher/co-ordinator with children of all abilities alongside a good understanding of sporting/health and safety regulations.  You will have good organisational, planning and communication skills alongside proven experience of supervising team members.  A flexible approach is required to meet the demands of the Sports Facilities Department.
