Your responsibilities:

• Maintain a supply of clean dishes, glassware, silver etc for all Food & Beverage outlets in the hotel
• Keep the kitchen well stocked with china and hot plates as well as deep cleaning cooking equipment including ovens
• Maintain a clean kitchen environment, ensuring that the highest hygiene levels are achieved
• Ensure waste is removed and disposed of in the correct manner

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a similar role would be useful but is not essential
• Someone who enjoys working in a fast paced team environment
• A person who easily connects with others and can live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!
