Assistant Food and Beverage Manager - Newport

Do you have what it takes to oversee the running of a busy 300-cover hotel restaurant?

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at The Olive Tree, the largest of seven restaurants at The Celtic Manor Resort featuring contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in maintaining the exceptional five star food service standards and enabling the service team to exceed guest expectations on a daily basis.

Your naturally friendly manner and calm, confident personality, combined with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service will make you an ideal candidate for this challenging role. Your experience in a similar position at a 4 or 5 star property will allow you to demonstrate evidence of excellent people management skills and the ability to deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues. You will also ideally be qualified to Diploma level minimum (or equivalent).

The salary is £21,500 plus service charge!
