Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 plus discretionary bonus + tips + staff loyalty scheme + contributory

We are looking for a junior sous chef to join the brigade at this Award winning pub. Your role will be to assist the head chef and his team in all aspects of the kitchen, including training, gross profit margins, stock control and hygiene. We will provide you with a meal and drinks when you are on duty.
