4 Red Star, Award winning Elizabethan Manor House set in 3 acres of stunning grounds with an ancient moat. 22 bedroom hotel  with the many charming lounges all with open fires as well as the sumptuous 3 Rosette Mulberry Restaurant.

A great opportunity to join Phil Dixon our Head Chef and his dedicated team of 6 Chefs and Kitchen Porters who deliver 3 Rosette food in our Mulberry Restaurant using fresh local ingredients. Please see our website for sample menus outlining the range of fresh menu choices you would be preparing.

MAIN DUTIES

• Preparing pastry, desert and afternoon tea menu dishes from fresh ingredients
• 5 days per week, flexible shifts  including weekends
• Part of team of 6 chefs and 3 kitchen porters
• A chance for someone with flair and passion to shine in this standards driven kitchen
• Preparing meals across breakfast, lunch, dinner, wedding and functions, afternoon teas, room service menus

REQUIREMENTS

• Quality, fresh food preparation experience in a quality Hotel or Restaurant operation
• Technical skills to produce a range of pastries/deserts and afternoon tea menu items
• Used to working within a small team - sense of team spirit and passion for quality and excellence
• The flair to give input and work with the team to continually develop the food offered at Langshott Manor

SALARY & BENEFITS

£22,000/£23,000  per annum
