Spa Receptionist

Old Thorns is a four-star hotel resort in Hampshire. The hotel is easily accessible from the A3, and only 30 minutes from the M25 and Portsmouth.  Old Thorns offers a wide range of accommodation, conference & function facilities, health club, beauty spa, restaurants & bars and a championship golf course. 

We are currently recruiting for a Spa Receptionist to join our Spa team. 

Main Responsibilities:

• To provide a warm welcome our spa guests at all times
• To deal with enquiries and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
• To ensure all telephone calls are dealt with in a friendly, efficient and professional manner and take bookings and reservations
• To be aware of and promote all treatments and any promotions on offer

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

• Possess good communication skills and have a friendly and professional manner
• Be able to deliver a high standard of customer service  
• Be able to work early and late shifts and  weekends   
• Be numerate and IT literate   
• Be able to work under pressure

You will be seeking casual/part time hours and will be available to work weekends. Hours are flexible by arrangement.
