Assistant Manager - Stewarding - The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Stewarding Manager.

The Assistant Stewarding Manager oversees all facets of the Stewarding Department in the absence of the Stewarding Manager.  The assistant manager ensures proper usage and preventative maintenance of all machinery and equipment used in the Stewarding Department.  The Assistant Manager must also set-up and maintain inventory of supplies, plan and budget the purchasing of china, glassware, and silverware for the entire F&B division. In addition, the Assistant Manager coordinates, hires, trains, disciplines, and supervises the Stewarding staff. 

We are looking for individuals who have prior knowledge of kitchen and floor cleaning equipment and some Supervisory experience in working with banquets, restaurants, kitchens, or is a current Stewarding Supervisor.

Applicants are required to have previous employment in a supervisory position.
