We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed local couple to run the Old Mother Redcap which was built by Samuel Smiths brewery about 35 years ago using natural stone.  The pub is situated in a very nice area with a good local clientele of decent people and depends on conversation. There is a trade kitchen which is small but a fully home made Sunday lunch can be served and some branded menu food during the week.  It is a one room lounge bar pub.

There is a good three-bedroom management flat above the pub

We are looking for people with the following skills:

• Positivity and enthusiasm. We want people who love 'hosting the party', creating an infectiously good social atmosphere in the pub and making it the centre of the local community
• Determination to maintain an immaculately clean pub
• Take pride in serving Samuel Smiths full range of beers, including wooden cask Old Brewery Bitter, at their best.
