Exciting times are ahead of Carnival UK.  We have a number of new ships that are coming into our operation and this is a chance for us to evaluate how we do things and see what we can make better for our crew onboard and our operation as a whole.  We are looking for a Senior Reward Manager to join our brilliant Reward team who will lead the way on the Fusion Project and this is a fantastic opportunity for a Reward professional to be part of something that will create real change in our business.  This is a fixed term contract opprtunity.

The role

CUK Level 06

This role is accountable for the analysis, design, development, modelling and delivery of the fleet reward programmes which are part of Project Fusion, including proposing new reward initiatives, policies and processes. You will provide an effective internal reward consultancy service to Project Fusion as well as keeping abreast of external trends, reward regulations/legislation and making recommendations to ensure relevant policies/practices and initiatives are compliant at all times.

About you

You will be an expert in the reward field and you will be expected to offer advice and guidance to the project team. This role will encompass cash compensation, policy work and incentive/bonus plans. You will be tenacious, driven and motivated to get the best project outcome.

Being a project focused role, proven project management experience would be advantageous.
