The Royal Garden Hotel is one of the UK’s largest five red star hotels comprising of 394 bedrooms, three bars, two restaurants, extensive conference and events spaces and a health club. Priding itself on providing a tailored personalised guest service, the Royal Garden Hotel is located next door to Kensington Palace and some of London’s most famous attractions. The hotel also has a rich and remarkable sporting legacy dating back to the famous World Cup win of 1966. 

The Groups reservations team specialises in dealing with reservation enquiries that exceed ten bedrooms. As Groups Reservations Administrator, you will be responsible for processing groups reservation enquiries, updating any groups reservations directly on our reservations system, as well as creating rooming lists for guests staying in the hotel. You will also be responsible for communicating and co-ordinating all groups activity with Front Office and other relevant departments.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a polite and friendly manner, who is well presented and a strong communicator. You will consistently strive to up-sell the hotel’s services and facilities to our guests and need to be able to present groups related information effectively to all levels of the organisation, therefore a high level of accuracy is essential. Excellence in written and verbal English as well as previous hotel reservations experience is absolutely essential. You must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and have previous experience of working with Opera system.
