Customer Relations Manager Norwich up to 28K
I am looking for a customer relations manager to work at a leading leisure facility in Norwich. This is senior position within the business and provides the successful candidate with significant responsibility and accountability for new membership sales whilst also managing a very busy front desk team with a huge daily footfall requiring outstanding management and leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a senior manager within the team you will also carry out an average of two duty management shifts per week.
I am keen to talk to candidates who have a proven track record in a high volume leadership role in health and fitness or hospitality with managerial experience in both sales and front of house. You will be tasked with meeting both new membership sales targets as well as initiating and developing a range of retention techniques working closely with your marketing assistants across both areas. You will need to be adept at managing rotas and coaching and developing a large team of full and part time receptionists to deliver great service across a huge range of leisure services and offers.
