What we need in a nutshell

We want our accommodation to have that real ‘wow’ factor for our guests. As Accommodation Support Manager you will be the person who makes this happen every day by leading the team that looks after the presentation of our guest accommodation.

We’re not your average holiday company. Our guests come to our UK resorts to experience a world away from their day-to-day. When they are with us, they play crazy games, enjoy show-stopping entertainment and live in the moment. Our job is to surprise and delight them at every turn.

We need you to be the person who delivers delight when our guests get that first glimpse of their accommodation – a crucial moment that sets the tone for their holiday.

The nitty gritty of what you’ll be doing

Working as part of our slightly bonkers team of holiday heroes, you will manage the accommodation team on a day to day basis, reporting into the Accommodation Manager.  This includes:

  • Ensuring all accommodation is well-presented, sparkling clean inside and out and has the full inventory
  • Being the contact for the Accommodation team and Guest Services on guest arrival days
  • Ensuring guests who have requested it, receive a courtesy visit on an in-take day
  • Delivering team training on hygiene & cleanliness standards and customer service
  • Planning rotas well in advance so that cleaning teams are in place for departures and arrivals and team members can plan their lives

What you’ll also be doing, is leading by example: being incredibly friendly, answering guests’ questions and 'mucking in’ when you need to.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on bank holidays too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

There’s plenty of training, but as you will need to already have:

  • Experience of leading a team
  • A friendly and helpful attitude - delightful when you meet guests and good at communicating with your team.
  • Skills as an organiser, with an eye for the important little details
