About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for an In-Room Dining Waiter to join our very friendly and experienced team.

Duties:

• Accurately taking orders
• Upselling guest orders at opportune moments to maximise revenue
• Assisting the restaurant, bar and private dining with breakfast set up and service
• Ensure all special requests are communicated to the relevant departments
• Be knowledgeable on all menu items
• Set up, deliver and serve orders to guest specifications
• Complete reasonable requests as given by Manager
• Work with your team and the kitchen team to ensure each guest has a memorable 5* experience
