It would be great if you had some previous experience of managing a large Housekeeping team. In addition, experience of managing laundry services and working in a hotel or cruise ship environment would be advantageous. However, these are not essential. We believe in hiring people with the right attitudes and strengths over their competencies.

Providing exceptional service to our guests is a large part of the role. Therefore, you will have a drive to seek excellence in your work as well as a natural ability to prioritise and organise. The fact that you adapt easily when things don’t go to plan will make any last minute changes in guest requests a lot easier. Your natural ability to plan will enable you to effectively oversee the movement of passenger baggage, and ensure our guests have everything they need. Your ability to express yourself clearly will be useful when liaising with other departments onboard to ensure the operation runs smoothly.  If you feel you are naturally organised, adaptable and reliable, this may be the job for you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the world’s leading Cruise brands. Life on board involves working 10 hours a day, 7 days a week for the time that you are on board. Your ten hours will be split between morning, afternoon and evening activities.
