We’re a young and ambitious company, looking to recruit Kitchen Team Members who are passionate about food. As a Kitchen Team Member you will take charge of the usual responsibilities on a day-to-day basis, being a part of a team working in-line with our brand expectations and supporting the store to meet targets. In addition to this, there is also an important emphasis on engaging with our customers and helping to develop our team. • A calm and organised Kitchen Team Member who is capable of working on their own or as part of a team.
• A Kitchen Team Member that can cook, taste and enjoy their food, and will ensure great quality and consistency.
• An experienced and well-trained catering professional, who understands that a store with flawless food hygiene standards and organisational systems will produce better food, better drinks, better customer service and better profits.
• The ideal candidate will have a mixture of branded and independent experience, with a proven track record as a Kitchen Team Member.
• A knowledgeable Kitchen Team Member who takes pride in producing great quality products and will work with their Head Chef and Store Manager to ensure consistently high standards by adhering to the company specifications and procedures.
