General Manager - Leicester
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated General Manager to work with the Directors to manage the latest Boost Trampoline Park.
You will work with colleagues to provide the most enjoyable and safest experience to all visitors to Boost Trampoline Park, driving visitor numbers and strategic business growth.
The role is multi-functional with a key focus of meeting and exceeding business targets.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Demonstrating dynamic leadership to both the management team and the wider Boost team
- Managing, motivating, inspiring and performance-managing your team
- Delivering the highest levels of occupancy and yield across a varied range of activities
- Leading on providing the highest level of customer service
- Designing and implementing a sales and marketing plan in line with the overall business plan, with monthly, quarterly and annual targets
- Working closely with local businesses, schools and community partners to market the Park and the full range of activities available
- Creating detailed income and expenditure budgets, in line with the business plan
- Providing detailed budget reports to Directors
- Monitoring all costs to maximise efficiency
- Leading in the proactive development of new business
- Implementing a customer satisfaction and feedback tool
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are being carried out, including all operational safety checks, complying at all times with Health and Safety legislation and BSI standard
- Covering shifts in all areas of direct report where necessary
- Covering Duty Manager shifts as required
- Promoting the Boost brand at all times and at every opportunity

Experience
Essential
- A proven and successful track record in running a large multipurpose health and fitness, children’s activity or family entertainment centre
Desirable
- Marketing or events experience
Qualifications and education
- Appropriate qualifications, preferably to degree level
- Up to date first aid at work qualification (FAW 3 day, with attendance at monthly competency training)
