Casual Fitness Consultant - Newport

We are looking to recruit a self motivated Fitness Consultant to join our team in our Springs Health Club in our Coldra Court Hotel who enjoys working within a team environment. This position is twofold and involves participating in all activities relating to the gym, Classes, Reception duties, Membership, Pool plant, swimming pool and changing areas.

As a Fitness Consultant, you will have a friendly and approachable disposition, possess excellent customer service skills, be a strong communicator, sociable and have a good team spirit. Duties as a Consultant will include but are not limited to:

* delivering professional internal/external customer service always ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority.

* conducting fitness assessments

* supporting clients by helping them achieve their fitness goals by designing training programmes and conducting regular motivational sessions, ensuring at all times the highest standard of tuition and advice

* ensuring the safe operation of the pool plant, pool, spa,  sauna and steam room  

* maintains the safety and cleanliness of the pool area and changing facilities

* General administration and membership duties

 
The candidate will possess a minimum level 2 gym instructor qualification.

Rate of Pay:

In line with national minimum & living wage

Hours of Work:

This is a Casual position which means you work on an as and when required basis, there are no set amount of hours per week.
