Assistant Sales Manager

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager, who has the drive and enthusiasm to succeed and the passion and ambition to deliver great results.

Proactively searching for opportunities, you’ll have plenty of ideas to create and increase sales and the freedom to be able to execute ideas accordingly. With a passion for sales and engaging with people, you’ll use your talents to capture the attention of our customers, building a great rapport and creating a real excitement about our brilliant park and the fantastic holiday homes available.

You’ll know your product having an in-depth knowledge of all our holiday homes and the packages the park offers. You’ll have a thorough knowledge of our sales process and expectations, ensuring paperwork is accurately completed, following company procedures, and will close sales efficiently.

What we can offer you!

A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus fantastic commission with the OTE being £54,000 per annum. High achievers could potentially earn more.

What we need from you!

You’ll be a self-motivated Sales Exec looking for the chance to progress, and ideally, you’ll already be working in the caravan industry; you’ll have lots of experience in a customer facing sales environment, where you have continuously met/exceeded targets.  

A basic DBS check is required in order to undertake this role. A full UK driving licence is required and you'll need to be aged 21 or above in order to drive our company vehicles.
