Trainee Assistant Manager - The Lord Rodney, Keighley

We are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic person to fill the role of Trainee Assistant Manager at The Lord Rodney in Keighley on a full time basis. This Stylish, Sophisticated and Vibrant site in the heart of Keighley’s town centre is the perfect place for both drinking and dining, and sits proudly as Keighley’s premium bar and kitchen.

The Lord Rodney is part of a select group of pubs owned and operated by renowned Yorkshire brewers Timothy Taylor’s and is located just down the road from the main Brewery in Keighley. We take immense pride in brewing and selling a premium range of beers and this philosophy is certainly mirrored within our Managed estate of pubs.

The ideal candidate will be someone with previous supervisory experience looking to take a step up to a more senior level. Working closely with the General Manager and current management team you will have the opportunity to develop and hone your skills within the business as well as gaining access to an array of industry recognisable qualifications. Although our estate is small ALL of our current General Managers have progressed through the company and we take great pride in our ethos of promoting from within.

Working patterns will be 48 hours per week over 5 days and will vary week to week depending on the needs of the business but are highly flexible enabling a good work life balance.

You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £21,000 per annum depending on experience, plus bonuses based on personal objectives, tips, company pension, 28 days holiday and other benefits.
