Coffee Shop / Play Centre Manager - Haverhill Leisure Centre

£18,000- £19,760 per annum (dependent on experience)

Full time, Permanent post (37 hours per week) 

We are looking for a passionate Manager to lead our Haverhill Coffee shop team and also oversee & manage our brand new Soft Play Area opening soon within Haverhill Leisure Centre.  
 
To make our brand new coffee shop a great place for customers and for employees alike, we need to recruit a Coffee Shop Manager with enthusiasm, a positive attitude and of course a passion for customer service. 
 
Our managers are responsible for recruiting, training and motivating team members. They are fully accountable for the coffee shop and Kid City performance which includes, scheduling, gross profit and food hygiene, health and safety. We’re looking for a ‘hands-on’ manager who is passionate about customer service and capable of implementing and maintaining brand standards and experienced in business development. 
 
Ideal candidate will have assistant manager/supervisor experience and looking for the next step. We will provide excellent training for all new recruits. We hire for attitude and train for skill!
