Looking for an exciting new challenge? Passionate about all things food but better at organising than cooking? We’re on the lookout for people like you. Here at Prezzo, we’ve been through some really exciting changes recently, and as such, we’re in need of a Central Operations Manager to support our Restaurant Support Director.

This newly created role will mainly be based in our slick brand-new offices in Old Street, but be prepared to be out in the field a few times a month too; we need someone eager to jump in and get to know the organisation as a whole. In addition, you’ll have proven experience at GM / Area Management level within restaurants/hospitality, and will be able to demonstrate clear examples of project management, including inter-departmental liaison. We also want to hear how you’ve implemented the development of improving existing processes, as well as creating new initiatives, and their successes/failures and how you used these experiences for overall improvement. Naturally, this will include producing reports, effective communication at all levels, strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel), and you’ll be comfortable preparing and presenting presentations.
