Personal Trainers with Nuffield Health enjoy all the benefits of being a permanent employee, with the freedom to build their own client base.

With guaranteed gym hours, they don't pay a fee to train clients at our facilities, and they also enjoy paid holiday time. In return for agreeing to a minimum number of training sessions per week, they earn a base salary - and have the ability to earn generous amounts of additional OTE.

Carrying out health MOTs, group exercises, inductions, general gym duties and personal training sessions, they enjoy lots of opportunities to grow their client base and increase what they earn. We support their success by helping them to promote themselves online. We also pay for our Personal Trainers to access CIMSPA accredited training. And, with 111 gyms nationwide, there are plenty of places for them to grow their careers. At Nuffield Health, we have a strong track record of developing our Personal Trainers to become our next managers.

With a network spanning hospitals, clinics and medical centres, Fitness and Wellbeing Clubs, and specialist services including physiotherapy and nutrition, we take a joined-up approach to health and wellbeing.
