Heartcore is seeking an experienced Website and Analytics Manager. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for analysing our web performance and PPC strategy, along with managing our website. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background within a similar role. Heartcore is a growing business, driven by a passionate team with an agency vibe.

AIM OF ROLE:

  • To harness deep analytical insights through iterative analysis that drives business improvements
  • To ensure digital CTAs drive profitable sales growth at all times
  • To manage and execute all web, SEO, SEM and CRM tactics
  • Identify new and innovative technologies and platforms

Role and responsibilities include:

  • Conduct detailed analysis on website performance, UX, customer journeys, sources, signups, transactions and digital marketing campaigns
  • Website CMS management delivering UX, SEM and SEO improvements
  • Manage and lead web analytics using Google Tag Manager to provide custom tracking solutions
  • AdWords campaign management and analysis. Providing detailed keyword analysis and refining campaigns to deliver quality score improvements and drive conversions
  • Develop online customer analysis. E.g. customer segmentation, retention and lifetime value analysis. Analyse and report upon behaviours to gain an in-depth understanding of our customer base, encouraging a customer-centric approach
  • Responsible for preparing regular competitor and market analysis
  • Implementing A/B testing methods to quantify all recommendations
  • CRM management
  • Weekly and monthly reporting providing key insights using Google Data Studio or similar
  • Creatively interrogate data to identify trends and patterns to help identify new opportunities
  • Support idea generation of future digital activities
  • Collaboratively working with Digital Marketing team and key stakeholders

General Responsibilities

  • Respond efficiently to sudden priority changes and studio business priorities
  • Ensure accuracy of data and insights and to be responsible for formal online sign off process where required
  • Utilising skills, knowledge and qualifications to undertake other duties and projects as may be reasonably expected
  • Responsible for personal development and current training opportunities

Job Qualifications

Required knowledge, skills and attributes

  • Educated to degree level (preferably with a degree in marketing analytics, web analytics or similar)
  • Expertise in advanced web analytics with the ability to interpret data and extrapolate trends
  • Experience in digital marketing ROI techniques
  • Proven webmaster with knowledge of SEO, HTML, and Wordpress
  • Working experience of Google Adwords and campaign management
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Understanding of brand management
  • Experience of CRM systems desirable
