The Holiday Inn London - Kensington High Street is located just off Kensington High Street. It’s a 706 bedroom 4 star hotel with 13 meeting rooms and extensive spa facilities, and we are looking for an F&B Attendants in our F&B Outlets (Bar, Restaurant and Events) to join our busy and professional F&B team. We need someone, who is charismatic, professional and well groomed.

We are currently looking for dedicated and committed F&B Attendants to work in our F&B Outlets: Breakfast Waiter/Waitress, Cocktail Waiter/Waitress, Barista, C&B Attendant. We need someone, who is charismatic, professional and well groomed.

Key Responsibilities:

·Ensure a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests.

·To ensure that guests are warmly welcomed and that orders are taken efficiently.

·To always be familiar with product offering (i.e. the menu, beverages on offer, wine list, etc).

·To ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently and in accordance with the Company standard of presentation.

·To ensure the F&B Outlet is properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.

·To carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy.

The ideal candidate for this position:

·Must have a minimum of 1-year previous experience

·Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service

·Barista skills and strong wine/beverage knowledge would be advantageous

·Must be standards driven and detail-orientated

·Must have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment

·Must be flexible with regards to hours

·Must have a good command of the English Language

·Must have excellent self-presentation

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.
