New Opportunity - Assistant Manager - Parties, Flip Out Brent Cross

As the Party Manager for one of our sites, you will be given a variety of opportunities to develop you personally and professionally. Flip Out Brent Cross is a new site which opened in 2017; you will have an opportunity to shape the team, and operations of this business as well as setting it up for a successful second year of trading.

You will be a key member of the management team where your role will be to organise all aspects of birthday parties including but not limited to liasing with the Sales Manager around contacting interested individuals, building upon birthday bookings, planning and organising parties for each week, scheduling Party Host team and overseeing this department, ordering necessary supplies and working with outside vendors. Working as part of the Duty Management team you will be required to complete scheduled weekly Duty Manager shifts as well as overseeing the party portfolio.

Specific Responsibilites: 

• To oversee the support management of the store acting as a Duty Manager 
• To play an active role in the Management Team, taking a lead on any projects as designated by the General Manager
• Work as part of the Duty Management team working closely with peers, Operations Manager, Food and Beverage Manager and Sales Manager
• Create a fun and enthusiastic environment for all guests
• Oversee the Party Host team
• Liase with bookings and prepare party reports in order to grow this area of the business
• Schedule party arrivals and Check-In locations to enhance the customer journey
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of our themed Party Rooms
• Have the ability to work independantly, have outstanding organisational skills and a passion for parties and people

Team Leadership

• Ensure team are performing their roles effectively at all times
• Ensure team have individual performance plans
• Monitor team performance and conduct regular appraisals and meetings

Customer Service

• Ensure team members are promoting and providing the highest level of customer service
• Immediately responding to customer service in store
• Ensuring our customers have an amazing experience every time they visit

Operations Management

• Implement programs that support and encourage individual performance
• Adhere to opening and closing procedures and financial reporting
• Stock Control

Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with customers
• Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other teams in the organisation

Health and Safety

• Be involved in rolling out Flip Outs safe practices and procedures in their specific areas of work
• Be able to respond quickly to any incidents that may occur
• Keep up to date with health and safety procedures

Other

• Provide support when needed in various areas of the business
