Summary
We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Coordinator to work as part of our busy, dedicated team being responsible for a range of administration and customer service duties supporting our new schools business with the launch of their visits and subsequent payment to confirm their booking. To enable and assist our sales staff, to maximise sales potential and by contributing to the best possible overall guest experience.
About you
We are looking for a confident outgoing and friendly person who has great communication skills. You must have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines and monthly targets, working quickly, accurately and confidently. You will have previous experience in an administrative customer facing role together with a good working understanding of office IT products including MS Word, Excel and Outlook. The ideal candidate will possess excellent telephone communication skills with the ability to establish the trust and maintain a rapport with our clients.
