We are very excited to be assisting our client in the Dorset area with the appointment of a part time Spa Therapist for their incredibly popular hotel & Spa.

This is a unique position and offers a dream opportunity to work within this quirky establishment with stunning beach views.

Being a Spa Therapist, you will play a major role in taking guests on a journey of the hotel, its values, it's pretty unique approach not to mention pure bliss and relaxation when they are in your treatment. While providing the highest standard of indulgent facial and body
rituals through to signature treatments.

We require you to have the following:

* Minimum NVQ 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy qualified or equivalent or CIBTAC/CIDESCO.
* Multi-skilled Therapist, good Massage skills is popular with guests
* Delivering an alternative and high-end guest experience
* Impeccable personal presentation
* Can offer a high standard of treatment and is confident in all aspects of the guest journey.
* Previous experience working in a spa environment or high end salon
* Great personality, professional but friendly and can put guests at ease
* Strong team work ethic
* Keen eye for detail ensuring that the guests receive an unforgettable experience

Package on offer:

* Basic Hourly rate of £7.83 per hour
* Increases to £15.00 per hour when in treatments
* Commission paid at 5% on every treatment actively sold when working on Spa reception and 10% on all retail sales.

* Your take home salary can also be increased with commission on treatments and retail sales; overall this is a great package.
