Job Summary

To assist the Human Resources Manager in maintaining positive relationships with both associates and managers and provide a consistent high standard of administration and non-administration support to the Human Resources Department to support achievement of the business goals and strategies.

The first point of contact for allgeneral queries is expected to work with the HR Manager to build relationships andprovidesupport to all associates and managers within the hotel.Working alongside HR Coordinator to perform technical or functional administrational job duties ensuring the various general administrative duties within the Human Resources teamare completed to standard within timelines in areas including recruitment,training, payroll, associate relations and information system access.

Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up. Assist and support HR Manager and management team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local laws and company policies and standards. Inform HR Manager of issues related to employee relations. Disseminate information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs. Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, I-9's). Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys. Answer phone calls and record messages.

Assist HR Manager in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests (internal and External) according to company standards and develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
