What is the main purpose of the role?

Working in the Meeting and Events Sales team the Meeting and Events Sales Executive will oversee end-to-end event coordination for the De Vere Beaumont Estate's key accounts. This will enclude handling event enquiries, conducting showrounds and the coordination of confirmed bookings. 

You will conduct final details appointments and showrounds to the required standard. You will be responsible for the accurate production of function sheets for each event, communicating these to the Meetings & Events Operations team.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with previous hospitality or conference & events sales experience within a similar role.

It is essential that you have excellent communication skills with the ability to develop effective relationships.

To be successful in this role, you’ll be highly organised with an eye for detail and you’ll thrive working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Given this role will involve using our booking system, it would be highly beneficial if you have used Opera before, however this is not essential.
