An organised and passionate HR Assistant needed to support the People & Training Manager in our 4 Star Hotel & Spa

Are you an experienced Human Resource professional looking for a part time role in a diverse and friendly team?  

As HR Assistant you will need to support the People & Training Manager in the hotel to deliver an effective people strategy and ensure all activities meet company standards and adherer to employment law.

Who are we looking for?

You will be highly organised, proficient with IT systems including excel and have a good understanding of employment law. Previous experience in a HR capacity is essential.  

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing administrative support in areas of Payroll, Personnel, Recruitment & Training
• Completing 4 weekly and salaried pay runs
• Communicate company policies and values through your day to day activities
• Ensure company payroll system is updated and all data is accurate
