Job description:
You will provide leadership to our Chefs and back of house teams by:
- Oversee the overall operations for the back of house and kitchen area.
- Preparing and presenting food to meet company specification.
- Design and develop local food promotions.
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct full weekly inventory.
- Working with the GM to deliver food sales, profits and effectively managing costs
- Manage wastage through correct portion controls and reporting.
- Train and develop staff to assist in all required kitchen duties, including food preparation and kitchen safety techniques.
- Design and develop local food promotions and input into menu changes.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and licensing laws.
