Part of the Britannia Group, the largest independent hotel chain in Europe, our hotel is situated next to Newcastle International Airport, within easy walking distance of the terminal, and only 7 miles from Newcastle City Centre.

 This 105-bedroom Hotel provides a 24-hour reception desk due to our popularity and location and because of continued expansion we are looking to recruit a part-time Receptionist on to the team.

As Receptionist, you will be required to;

  • Check in and checkout guests and groups effectively.
  • Maximise room sales and to promote food and beverage facilities.
  • Provide information to guests on all hotel products and services.
  • Knowledge of Hotel booking systems preferred
  • Cash handling, balancing floats
  • Answering telephones and taking messages

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service. Knowledge of Guest Line would be advantageous. This position requires you to work 24-hours per week.
