Sales Development Assistant - Franchise Marketing & Operations
Based in the Central Operations team at George House, Lutterworth
About the role:
We have a brilliant opportunity for a Sales Development Assistant to join our team in Central Operations at George House. You will drive franchise sales and conversion, through planned and effective marketing and communications. You will align George UK process with our Franchise Partners.
The ins & outs:
Ownership of instore and online Marketing working with UK teams in delivering brand consistency that is relevant for our franchise stores
Ownership of delivery of clear and concise communications to franchise stores and partners
Ownership of event critical path, event packs and coordinating autopsies with franchise team and partners
Attend Sales Development UK Customer Journey meetings to understand UK layout and strategy to feed into franchise layout planning and communications
What you’ll need:
Excellent Visual Merchandising skills
Understanding of George store retail operations
IT Literate with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written communication skills
Strong organisational skills to manage a diverse workload across a number of projects to agreed deadlines
Ability to work both on own initiative and within a team
Contributing to a culture of high standards and delivering against them
Anticipating future challenges and reprioritising to reflect changing business needs
Willingness to think outside the box and drive continuous improvement
Passion for the brand and the culture
