Specialist Activity Leader - Peak Venture - Sheffield, South Yorkshire

We are looking to recruit a Specialist Activity Leader at our Peak Venture centre. The Specialist Activity Leader will deliver an excellent customer experience of all Kingswood programmes to the highest standard. Ensuring that safety and educational content is delivered to the highest standard as well as portraying a positive role model for our young guests. Support Senior Instructors in the development, management and mentoring of delivery teams.

About you

The successful candidate will be qualified in one of the following

• Bushcraft = IOL Bushcraft Practitioner
• Water Sports = Level 2 BCU
• Ropes/ Ropes trainer / ERCA
• Environmental = Graduate

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic team player with a proven commitment to developing young people through education with Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Proven motivational, leadership and development skills with the drive for continued learning.
