Senior Therapist - Moor Hall Hotel & Spa, Sutton Coldfield

Moor Hall Hotel is a four-star country house hotel with 83 bedrooms, two restaurants, conference facilities for up to 250 and its own Leisure Club & Spa, situated north east of Birmingham, on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield.

We now have an excellent opportunity for a Head Therapist to join our Spa team.

As Senior Therapist, you will be responsible for leading the Spa Therapist team in providing luxury treatments and services to our clients. You will be responsible for delivering in-house training so excellent product and treatment knowledge is a must along with the ability to lead and motivate a team of therapists to deliver outstanding client care and treatments.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with our clients and our team. You will have a minimum of NVQ3 or an equivalent nationally recognised qualification, experience in supervisory duties would be considered. Previous experience of overseeing a stock control process is essential and experience of compiling staff rotas is desirable. We use Thalgo so experience of working with these products would also be an advantage however not essential as full training will be given.

This is a full-time position working 5 days per week on a shift basis to include evenings and weekends.
