Membership Consultant - Newport

We are looking to recruit a Membership Consultant to sell Leisure Club Membership for the 5* Celtic Manor Resort and encourage people to join our exclusive club and discover a world of luxury facilities in stylish surroundings.

 

Boasting two Health Clubs, you will need to be passionate about our products and company as this role contributes to the success of our business. You may often be the first point of contact for prospective members so an upbeat, professional appearance and attitude is a must.

 

Responsible for the sales cycle you will be confident in showing prospective members our facilities, closing sales and building relationships to maintain long term customer loyalty.

 

You will need to be results orientated, motivated to succeed, have experience of selling face to face and have the ability to build a rapport quickly. Meeting targets is part of this role along with the ability to use Microsoft packages Word and Excel. You will also require good written and verbal communication skills in English.

The successful candidate will provide an efficient and professional service to all, in line with 5* standards. Experience in a similar role is essential for this position so someone from a sales environment would be ideal.

 

Hours of Work:

40 hours per week

5 days out of 7

Will include weekend work

8.5 hours per day between 8am and 8pm
