Digital Marketing Assistant - Newport

Venue of the 2010 Ryder Cup and host to the global NATO summit in September. The Celtic Manor Resort is a world-class destination with exceptional golf, leisure and business facilities. Set in 2,000 acres of panoramic parkland with a wealth of facilities. These include three hotels - the five star Resort Hotel, a four star 19th century Manor House and a 200 year old country inn as well as newly built luxury Lodges, six restaurants, three championship golf courses, two health spas and fitness clubs and a golf academy as well as a children’s nursery.

 

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing department. This is a new position which has been created to assist in the management of our online channels. The role will involve actively monitoring and engaging across all social media platforms as well as administration duties, assisting with the implementation of marketing campaigns and providing support to the senior members of the marketing team.

 

The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things digital and will keep up to date with the latest online and social media trends. You will have an eye for detail and will have the ability to write creative and accurate, target driven copy in all social media communications. You will have excellent communication skills and the experience to deliver outstanding customer service.

 

You will have the ability to manage multiple marketing digital projects, update and schedule online content and work to tight deadlines. You will also be responsible for maintaining content and layout for Celtic Manor’s website.

 

Previous digital marketing (Email/HTML/SEO/CMS) experience in similar role or relevant degree/qualification is preferable. This role requires working 5 days per week including Saturday or Sunday.
